1. The Service
PocketPA is an online service that enables users to have meaningful and useful conversations with AI driven people and personalities. While these AI personalities possess certain personality traits and expertise, users should understand that these AI people are not professional advice-givers and their advice should in no way be construed as professional advice, particularly with regards to mental health and medical health & wellbeing.
2. Age Restrictions
Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to use our services or have access to it, but may be allowed to use the service under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians. In such cases, the parents or legal guardians bear the responsibility for the actions of the minor and must agree to these terms of service.
3. Terms of Use
All users must agree to and abide by these Terms and Conditions when using the Service. All users are responsible for any and all conversations they distribute, initiate or respond to while using the Service. Any user who knowingly provides false information to PocketPA or its AI personalities will have their access to the Service revoked.
4. Security
PocketPA reserves the right to remove or suspend any accounts that are found to be in violation of its Terms of Service. If you feel that your account is in violation, you must contact us immediately and work with us to resolve the issue.
5. Quality Services
While we strive to provide quality services and a great user experience, we cannot guarantee any outcomes from the use of the PocketPA software.
6. Damages
The user takes full responsibility for any losses or damages that may arise from the use of the PocketPA software and must abide by the Terms of Use.
7. Payments
All payments to PocketPA are final and non-refundable. We do not offer any type of refund for any of services provided.
8. Content
The user is responsible for all content posted on the platform and must abide by any applicable laws. The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold PocketPA harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from or related to content posted on the platform.
9. Disclaimer
PocketPA is not responsible for the conversations initiated or responded to by the AI personalities. PocketPA does not provide any warranty as to accuracy, quality or completeness of the conversations provided through the Service. Users acknowledge and agree that their use of the Service is at their own risk and that the Service is provided "as is" and “as available” without any warranty of any kind.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the users and PocketPA. All disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the acknowledgement and decision of relevant authorities.
